Has something changed with the builds that are synced with AWS?  Did the foundation drop that service? (which is fine, it was just being used by some scripts to get at builds from within IBM that aren't appearing).

We didn't drop the service -- we ran out of free credits.  If Amazon decides to give us more, we'll happily reinstate the service.  But for now we're SOL.
