Build Identifier: 20100617-1415

I have some existing SysML blocks which I use in an internal block diagram. Now I want to use the same blocks in a block definition diagram. I tried dragging them from the Model Explorer into the diagram, but the dropping is not allowed.

What works is creating new blocks directly into the diagram by selecting "Block" from the Palette. But when I remove them I can never put them back into the diagram again.

Dragging existing blocks from the Model Explorer into block definition diagrams is not working. It's no problem with internal block diagrams, though.

Papyrus version 0.7.0.v201007251735.
Also happens on Windows XP with same Eclipse and Papyrus versions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Eclipse
2. Start SysML papyrus project
3. Create SysML Internal Block Diagram
4. Create new block into SysML Internal Block Diagram
5. Create SysML Block Definition Diagram
6. Try dragging existing block to SysML Block Definition Diagram
