When user adding a new server, enter all require values, click ok,it start to process, but if there is something wrong then it clears all the info have been entered in the form, the end user have to re-enter all thing again, it makes inconvienience for end user.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Application Server Instrumenter
2.Select "Add Local..."
3.Select any type of monitor
4.Enter all require info 
5.Click Ok button

I don't think you got the right component for this defect.  This is the Test and Performance Probe Instrumentation component.

Closed in the TPTP 4.7.2 release.
