Description Michael Woski CLA 2010-09-15 03:23:18 EDT
Hi,

for some time now I'm struggling with crashes during eclipse startup. Initially I found that the reason was due to window transparency, so when I turned it off everything was fine again. But now I was trying to work in a new workspace, and bam the crash happened again.

I'm using openSUSE 11.3.

Any ideas?

bye Mich;

Looks like Bug 317763. Please check if the workaround in comment https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=317763#c12 works for you.
