1. Window > Preferences
2. General > Appearance > Colors and Fonts
3. View and Editor Folders > View message font
4. Click the 'Edit...' button and change the font.
5. You will see the changes in the preview pane, click 'Apply'.
6. Notice that the 'Problems' view's message has not changed its font.
7. Click 'OK' to dismiss the preference dialog.
8. Closing and reopening the 'Problems' view does not seem to correct the problem.

This is broken since 3.1.

org.eclipse.ui.internal.presentations.DefaultPartPresentation used to use the VIEW_MESSAGE_TEXT_FONT but that class got deleted in 3.1 without corresponding replacement.

Since the font is no longer used. We should just remove it.
