In the indigo stream, the platform has started providing their test framework as a zipped repo, instead of a zipped eclipse layout. 

Early on I fixed so the tests would be installed for the tests. Otherwise they wouldn't run. But, the compile side of thing seemed to work find ... so I put that off ... thinking the compiler finds files almost no matter where you put them. 

But, better to clean this up and get the jars in the right place to make sure it doesn't have some odd side effect.

The test framework is complete, but will leave this bug open as we should do our other prereqs this way. EMF and GEF provide ... I'm less sure about DTP bug will make the transition has best we can. 

Might even want to do "the platform" this way ... using something called a "delta pack"? ... then we could remove lots of complicated logic we have to get dependencies.

mass change back to default assignee and qa contact. I'm not saying I won't work on some :) ... but, won't be all ... so, I think defaults would be best to start over.
