While creating a RTSC project for the C64x+ family the platform "ti.platforms.sim64xx" incorrectly shows up in the new project wizard. This platform encapsulates the TMS320C6416 device which has a different ISA from "C64x+" devices.

Fixed in xdceclipse-g34. Platform filtering was being done by pattern matching the 
ISA of the target with the one supported by the device. This creates a problem in such cases and has been replaced by string matching.

Verified that C64 platforms do not show up in the drop-down list when the plugin from 3.20.04.67 is used.
