Description Marvin Fröhlich CLA 2010-09-13 07:27:43 EDT
Build Identifier: 20100617-1415

When I right click on an existing package like

com.mycomp.p1

and select New->Package, the package name field is automatically filled with the existing package name and completely selected (marked).

When I create a new pacakge on this way, I always want to create a new sub package in the selected one. So the auto-marking is useless.

My assumption is, that I am not the only one, working like this and the hopefully the auto-marking could be removed, so that I could immediately start typing the new sub-package name.

Not a big deal though, but a matter of comfort.

Reproducible: Always

It depends which scenario is more frequent. Given we selected the package since 2.1, I'm against changing this now.
