Create JPA Project
Add a file (ex. anything.xsd)
R-Click on the added .xsd file
Select Generate>JAXB Classes
Notice the Dialog does not contain a title in the title bar
If you do File>New>Other and select JAXB>JAXB Classes from Schema a title appears in the dialog (JAXB Class Generation)

Verified in Build I-3.3.0-20101104191817

Verified when you select Generate>JAXB Classes... A title appears in the dialog.  See the link to view test steps for verification.
