we have a new employee, Florian Waibel. He's working on a research project about clustering OSGi/RAP based application. He wants to start to blog about it publicly. So, do you can syndicate him on the planet please?

thats because Florian starts to blog right after his account is syndicated ;) 

Is a post required to get syndicated?

Generally we require a post to get someone syndicated to proof that they blog about Eclipse or some relevant topics.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for now :)
