Build Identifier: xdctools_3_20_03_63

All the cores (A8, DSP, M3) have incorrect clock frequencies. Current + correct values are as follows:

Current:
> - DSP: 800.0 MHz
> - CortexA8: 1000.0 MHz
> - M3: 250.0 MHz

Correct:
> - DSP: 500.0 MHz
> - CortexA8: 600.0 MHz
> - M3: 200.0 MHz

Reproducible: Always

reviewed the platform and used platform wizard to see the right frequencies.

verify pass.
