Build Identifier: 2.6.0.v20100609-1613 If the master page contains header elements/data that cause it to be a greater height than the "header height" property, when rendering to PDF the header output is truncated. In BIRT 2.5.2, the entire header is displayed properly. Reproducible: Always

The master page height doesn't take effect was a bug in 2.5.2, which has been fixed in 2.6.0. You can change the report layout from fixed layout to auto-layout, thus the master page header content won't be cut off in pdf emitter.
