The 3.0 servlet spec has a perhaps slightly silly restriction that listeners that are installed through the *Resgistration interface aren't supposed to use the *Registration interfaces to install more stuff.  This is the only thing getting in the way of using the *Registration interfaces to install the contents of web.xml, which the geronimo integration is now using.  It would be really handy to be able to turn off this restriction.
