Description Jacek Pospychala CLA 2010-09-09 06:40:42 EDT 
when hovering over a function in PHP editor, tooltip shows type name using "." as separator between type name and method, instead of "::" which seems to be more relevant in PHP world.

This may be happening in other places as well, but this bug is particularly for tooltips.
