Conflicting mnemonic in 'Edit Target Definition' dialog (opened from Target Platform preference page:
- on tab 'Content', the tab 'Implicit &Dependencies' hides '&Deselect'
- on tab 'Environment', it hides '&Default JRE'

Fix: 'I&mplicit Dependencies' (requires Arguments > '&VM Arguments').

Fixed in HEAD.  Had to use &t instead of &v for vm arguments because of conflicts with the environment tab.

There is still a conflict on &Content Tab with Sele&ct. Raising a separate Bug for it.
