When I'm typing @author, Eclipse should automatically fill in the logged in user as specified in the author template. However, nothing happens, even not if I type ctrl+space for assist. -- Configuration Details -- Product: Eclipse 1.3.0.20100617-0520 (org.eclipse.epp.package.php.product) Installed Features: org.eclipse.platform 3.6.0.v20100602-9gF78GpqFt6trOGhL60z0oEx3fz-JKNwxPY
Hi I do not know what do you mian, can you describe it more clearly thanks!
My template for "author" in Preferences->PHP->Editor->Templates shows up as this: @author ${user} However, when I type @author in the editor, Eclipse doesn't fill in the ${user} variable.
Created attachment 180852 [details] screenshot Hi privat, See the screenshot I uploaded. You should type "a" in the comment, not "@a"
Yes, you are right, typing author works. Is there any chance to make this more intuitive?
works for me
"@a" invokes a save word assist, but "a" invokes the template with the user to be be placed. Closing. Ilina Stefanova.
