in method org.eclipse.atf.mozilla.ide.ui.netmon.model.impl.MozillaCacheService.getResponseBody(URL)

we resolve the content of the body by fetching the descriptor of the descriptor  cache and then getting its content.

in case of a failure/exception of session.openCacheEntry() we need to provide an alternative implementation - such as getting the content again or waiting until the cache is invalidated.

one more thing - we see many exceptions logging thrown by Eclipse and this is the main reason of this bug
