xdi4j can output XDI in the X3J proposed JSON format, but the reader to deserialize X3J back to XDI graph was missing. I've written code and will be checking it in.

This is not related to the earlier proposed JSON format labelled XDI/JSON in current XDI Converter. There is both a reader and a writer for that format but we don't anticipate using them now.
