When a criteria scope is applied to the help system, and a search is run against a topic and its children, select a topic from the results.  That topic will not show in the table of contents when the 'Show in Table of Contents' button is pressed.

To reproduce:
1. Use the org.eclipse.ua.tests cheatsheets.
2. Run the test: Help Tests -> Help Scenario D -> D2: Filtered Help
3. When you get to the step 'Breadcrumbs and show in TOC' notice that show in TOC brings up the parent Topic, and not the result topic that was selected.

Retested this in 3.7 M5.  No longer appears to be a problem.
