*** Bug 324396 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Using the environment variable http_proxy=http://localhost:3128 I get the useless and bogus message: eclipse.buildId=4.5.1.M20150904-0015 java.version=1.7.0_85 java.vendor=Oracle Corporation BootLoader constants: OS=linux, ARCH=x86_64, WS=gtk, NL=en_US Framework arguments: -product org.eclipse.epp.package.cpp.product Command-line arguments: -os linux -ws gtk -arch x86_64 -product org.eclipse.epp.package.cpp.product org.eclipse.core.net Info Tue Jan 26 16:45:42 CET 2016 System property http.proxyPort is set to 3128 but should be 84. The message differs but the bug is the same: Proxy works but creates noise in the log.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
