Combining the various employee example (annotation & XML) into a single application with a JSF 1.2 front-end.

Checking initial work in the 2.1 branch for the 2.1.2 release @

/svnroot/rt/org.eclipse.persistence/branches/2.1/trunk/examples/jpa.employee

This includes removing the previous annotation and XML examples. Checking in work-in-progress (without review) to get some help finishing from other committers.
