According to http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,1508

org.eclipse.egit.ui.test/src/org/eclipse/egit/ui/view/repositories/GitRepositoriesViewBranchHandlingTest.java is depdendent on the order of execution. 

A reader of the code would not expect that.
