Description Arnout Engelen CLA 2010-09-02 04:53:15 EDT
Build Identifier: 20100617-1415

In various window managers (in my case ion3/notion), it can be convenient to be able to identify detached views (transient windows) by their names (as found in the X11 WM_NAME and WM_ICON_NAME properties).

A window containing both the 'Console' and 'History' views could be named 'Console,History', for example.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Detach a view, use 'xprop' to get its properties. The WM_NAME is not found and the WM_ICON_NAME is an empty string.
