Portal request

I'm new WTP Incubator committer and I need org.easymock bundle for test purposes. I'm trying to request it through the portal as Orbit package (CQ 2577 - https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2577) and I get an error.

(See the attached screenshots.)

Is there some problem with the portal or am I doing something wrong?

This is likely a problem with the Portal. I'll look into it.

I have solved the issue. Our PHP configuration was not allowing us to open URLs.
