In the latest version of LoadLeveler a split was made between the scheduler and resource manager. As a result libllapi.so has a new location under Linux. The new location is:

 /opt/ibmll/LoadL/scheduler/full/lib

Added new libllapi.so directory /opt/ibmll/LoadL/scheduler/full/lib to list of directories searched by proxy. Fixed in PTP 4.0 and HEAD
