When I tried to connect to Eclipse Bugzilla through Mylyn this morning it complained of a premature end of file. I looked into it, and when I try to access the configuration file at http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/config.cgi it looks like the redirect is broken:

I've fixed the 0-byte config on our end.  It will take a while to replicate to all the mirrors, but Bugzilla will not redirect Mylyn clients to mirrors until it replicates.
