While comparing two UML models with applied stereotypes the users faces these problems:
1.A lot of dummy changes is reported (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=316819#c1)
2. Stereotype applications are displayed as a child of root resource, not as a child of the element where they are applied to.
