The labels for the XML and DTD wizards have been updated to say "XML File" and
"DTD File" (see bug 286278). The similar change for the XSD wizard is tracked through bug 323981. For consistency we should do the same for the New WSDL wizard.

We should take and not simply change the label, in case the string is reused
elsewhere.

Atosa, as Valentin stated, we should ensure that this string isn't reused in other parts of the UI/code.
