The look and feel might be better if group label (Primary Key | Relation Attributes | Other Attributes) is aligned to left on entity node.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- in a JPA project open JPA Diagram editor and "show All entities"

Currently, the group label (Primary Key | Relation Attributes | Other Attributes) is aligned to center on entity node. Though the text appears in italics it kind of blends with the entity attributes. I feel the group label might standout (distinguish) if it is aligned to left with respect to node.

I'm not sure about this. There are many opinions. Perhaps we should invite some UI expert in this discussion ...

Neil,

Do you know who might give some expert opinion on this?

In my opinion the current look is preferable to the changes suggested. By left justifying the group labels, I would think that they would become less distinguished at a glance as they would share the same justification as the attributes. I can try to have an internal usability expert review this.
