Remove All entities from diagram should be in-active/disabled on an empty editor

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a JPA 1.0 project

- open JPA Diagram editor

- right click on the editor 

w/o any entities the context menu option "Remove All Entities from diagram" doesn't make any sense.

Suggestion: Disable/make it in-active if the editor is empty
