I clicked commit too early :(

Version: 3.6.1
Build id: M20100825-0800

I see lot of "Invalid Thread Access to Activity Manager" messages in the Error view. Just having "Build All" checked and make some modification to a file and I see this message in the error view.

Attaching the error log

Set the version wrongly too - corrected now. It is happening with 3.6.1

The following steps reliably make this happen in 3.6.1 but not in 3.6:

- File > New > Project...
- Plug-in Project, Next
- enter a name, Next
- Next
- select Hello World, Finish
- press Yes when asked whether to switch perspectives
- exception is written to error log here

It's much simpler:
1. start new workspace with M20100825-0800.
2. create new General > Project
==> error logged
