Add support to ROV for viewing a core dump.

This is probably possible today using the save and load memory functions in CCS. This would require a live target for viewing the core dump, but this would at least be a good start. Write a wiki article demonstrating how to do this.

A next possible step would be a command line tool which prints the views as XML.
