Build Identifier: 2.1.0.M03-incubation

org.eclipse.virgo.kernel.userregion.internal.equinox.EquinoxConsoleManager uses a constructor of FrameworkConsole that is missing in 3.6. This prevents the successful update of Equinox to 3.6 as required in Bug 323270

The class seems unused and therefore it can be easily removed.
