I'm no longer able to SSH dev.eclipse.org (either to fix the e4 download directory or as part of a sync to CVS).

I can still SSH to build.eclipse.org, and once there I can ssh from build.eclipse.org to dev.eclipse.org.

When I try and ssh to dev.eclipse.org directly, I get:
bash-3.2$ ssh dev.eclipse.org
ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer

I can no longer work: quick, diff, compare and commit fail.
