Bug 323422 in the launcher caused the tests to fail over the last few days since the test bundles are installed with an exec call to the eclipse executable instead of using java -jar and calling the launcher fragment.  Andrew has fixed the bug in the eclipse executable, I'll change the build scripts to use call the launcher when provisioning the test bundles.
