I'm trying to use the synchronize view to review some changes before pulling the branch.  Unfortunately this is basically impossible as the Synchronize view lists each commit separately (attached screenshot).

I realise there's value in showing the individual commit diffs, like gitk does.
However I'd argue that more often than not users want to (or want the option to) collapse the commits such that the diff shows the overall delta that would be applied if a git pull were performed.
