Another dependency would be the unused org.eclipse.virgo.kernel.userregion.internal.equinox.EquinoxConsoleManager which uses missing constructor of FrameworkConsole as described in http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/virgo-dev/msg00211.html

Upgraded to Equinox 3.6 and rippled the dependency throughout. No issues encountered. This will appear in milestone 5.
