Since commit 356746a6349dc385eb4d74c5d170b5b878a3a594 (Show ChangeSet model as default model) I only see the ChangeSetModel in the Synchronize view.

In the Synchronize Preferences on the Models tab the "Java Workspace" and the "Workspace" Model are checked. Unchecking them and checking them again has no effect.

The workspace model can be switched on by the drop down menu from the tool bar.
