we have API interfaces for all of the other kinds of breakpoints except exception breakpoints, we should have one for those as well - IJavaScriptExceptionBreakpoint.

closing this as wontfix - there is only ever one exception breakpoint, which is not user manageable, and there are no plans to have more. If we change our minds in the future we can reopen this request.
