Description Matt Brown CLA 2010-08-19 09:16:13 EDT
Build Identifier: Eclipse IDE for Java Developers

After installing Helios, I've noticed that Eclipse will crash when switching to a new workspace or taking some other type of action that causes Eclipse to restart itself. Windows displays an error about "Eclipse has stopped working ... do you want to check online for a solution or close the program" (I'm paraphrasing).

Examining the directory where I installed/extracted Helios, I have about a dozen HotSpot JVM crash reports (hs_err_pid_XYZ.log) files. I've attached one of these.

JDK version: jdk1.6.0_18 (64 bit)
OS: Windows 7 x64

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With Eclipse running, switch to a different workspace from the File menu

Sorry, I reported the wrong steps that are behind this and will file a different bug - please ignore.
