When touching a shell, there is always a gray overlay appearing for less than a second. When touching it on the titlebar, the overlay stays until release.

Fixed in CVS HEAD by adding "*{ -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0,0,0,0); }" to the style-sheets (on runtime). This also adds org.eclipse.rwt.MobileWebkitSupport and org.eclipse.rwt.test.tests.MobileWebkitSupportTest.
