Created attachment 176918 [details] The details provided in Help > About Eclipse > Installation Details > Configuration. I downloaded Eclipse 3.6 from www.eclipse.org, extracted it and launched it. After a while I realized that Eclipse was not running in a JDK so I installed JDK 1.5 from Oracle and modified eclipse.ini adding -vm /usr/java/jdk1.5.0_22/bin/java to the beginning of the file, but when I started Eclipse OpenJDK was still used. You can see the installation details information in the attachement. Running Eclipse with "./eclipse -vm /usr/java/jdk1.5.0_22/bin/java" picks the correct JVM. I'm using Fedora 13 on a 32-bit system with openjdk-1.6-jre. Let me know if there's something I should add to this report.
