Steps to reproduce:
- Use an extension function from o.e.x.util.stdlib within an extension
- Set a breakpoint in the written extension
- Step with F5 through the extension invocation

=> A NullPointerException is thrown when trying to step into the extension from stdlib. A error message dialog appears with the message:

" 'Debug Source Display' has encountered a problem. An internal error has occured. ... java.lang.NullPointerException"
