The oda.design model element HorizontalAlignment does not currently have a value to indicate alignment of both left and right of text.
Some ODA host might offer such option and would not be able to map its value to the ODA design model.

Added LEFT_AND_RIGHT enum value in the ODA design element o.e.d.c.oda.design.HorizontalAlignment.
