EGL Development Tools (under the Tools TLP) needs a  second mentor before we can initiate a creation review. I missed this particular detail when they requested the creation several weeks ago (so I'm feeling a little like I've been stringing them along a bit).

Anybody interested?

Sorry folks. It turns out they already do have a second mentor. It just got lost in the haze of summer...
