I am having 2 Entities in my Diagram.
The following scenario is performed:

1. Try to rename an Entity, setting a duplicate Entity name 
2. After the warning appears and the change is roll backed, set an unique name

Result:
Exception is thrown and the Entity disappears from the diagram
