A sub-type of the content type "org.eclipse.core.runtime.xml" will allow us to automatically open Vex for document types that provide an integration into Vex (i.e. extend Vex's extension points).

Steps:

* A new content type "XML Document" will be registered that is based on "org.eclipse.core.runtime.xml".

* The Vex editor (and also the multi page editor) should be bound to this new content type.

* If a plug-in provides extensions to Vex's extension points, it should also register a sub-type of the new "XML Document" content type.
