The users should be able to create JPA Diagram for JPA 2.0 enabled projects.

Not sure what the current plan is, but this would be a very desirable feature for the Indigo release.

Diagram Editor enabled for JPA 2.0 projects

This patch allows the user to create JPA Diagram with the editor, but it should visualize JPA 1.0 compliant entities only. Otherwise, the editor behavior will become erratic error prone and eventually crash.
