Bugs in the OSGi 4.2 Compliance Tests for DS demonstrate that Equinox DS impl uses Configuration Admin Configurations which are bound to to a location other than the component bundle. We may want to hold off on fixing this problem as proposed changes to Config Admin for OSGi 4.3 may remove the concept of location binding.
