In Content Assist proposal window, footer text is partially visible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Java class
2. Inside a function press ctrl+space
3. Check the footer text - "Press ~Space to show Template Prop"

Expected - Complete string "Press ~Space to show Template Proposals"

On top-of-tree code the footer text is partially underneath the resize handle of the window. Is that what you're seeing? Also, are you using Carbon or Cocoa? In Carbon we recently changed the grow box so it's transparent, like Cocoa -- bug 294761.
